這次的真誠﹐我把自己認領了回來。
在排斥與真心的拉扯間﹐我看到了最源頭的自己﹐
那個準備好要服務別人的純淨靈魂。
在一次又一次的所有權信念的認領﹐
我對生命有了更多的感謝及承擔﹐
我可以械下那些盔甲和防衛﹐
因為我知道﹐我的背後有著許許多多支持我的人﹐
當然也包括正在念著文章的你。
生命之美好﹐
因為我找回了自己﹐我喜歡現在的我。
運用阿梵達的工具﹐能夠令我們創造感情﹐
調整親子間的互動﹐隨時隨地在覺察裡。

當一個人能夠真誠的說出心裡的話﹐
沒有欺瞞﹐操控﹐或貶低﹐
藉良善的企圖﹐自己的每一個意念﹐
帶給周遭的人更多的愛及慈悲。
