Today is Tuesday, May 6. I am currently in Denver, Colorado teaching the Avatar course. Today is day 4 of the course. Students learn to feel and stay connected with what they feel. It could be an event, people, or situations in life. It's different from meditation, where you bring the feeling or image into you. The Avatar course teaches you to direct your attention toward out of your personal zone, and at the same time to experience everything without being overwhelm. The weather is great with cool breeze and sunshine here. And, I am feeling grateful for being part of this International team working and raising love and humanity in the world.
My personal goal this week is learning to stretch out of my comfort zone. Do you ever feel like, you have been doing, reacting, responding in similar ways? The event, people, environment might vary slightly, but you feel like not having energy to make things move? This is an indicator that you need to stretch out of your comfort zone. To many people, it might sounds like a scary thing. After all, we don't have enough instructions, experiences, or skills to make dramatic changes right away. Our minds will probably come up with many reasons and stop us to reach forward. That's how I feel before my Avatar training. And now, discovering what beliefs create my experience in life totally break my programmed pattern. It is possible to restructure your life, create and discreate your beliefs, and awaken your passion.
So, beside teaching the Avatar students in the Denver Avatar course this week, I am also developing and being more real to myself. I am stretching to be more align with my life purpose, listen and follow my intuition. When I feel the stretch, I use the Avatar tools to make the changes and link the connection between my behavior patterns.
So, this is where I am and what I am doing in my life.
